The Rotaball tank washer is a compact, rotating-ball cleaning device used to wash the interiors of medium and smaller sized tanks. The Rotaball's powerful jets and multiple cleaning patterns make it the ideal tank washer for cleaning applications requiring both impingement and low flow rates. The available 360º and 180º spray patterns allow for cleaning from the top or from the bottom of closed tanks and for applications requiring cleaning in only one direction.
The Rotaball has a simple and effective drive mechanism that ensures slow constant rotation speeds. This action provides consistent cleaning when using different cleaning fluids across a wide temperature range. With minimal moving parts, the Rotaball provides a very low maintenance cleaning solution.
The Rotaball is compact and lightweight which makes it both easily portable and ideal for installation through small entry ports. Rotaballs are suitable for either permanent installation or for applications where they must be moved from tank to tank.
The flow of the cleaning fluid rotates the head at a steady pace to ensure maximum impact. The speed of rotation is positively governed by a simple drive device using no gears. The specially designed nozzle patterns ensure the cleaning jets use the minimum amount of wash fluid to deliver optimum performance.
Standard Rotaball models include two sizes and four spray patterns with either drilled holes or with extended nozzles for increased range.
