GAO Introduces Innovative and Cost-Effective Active Beaconing RFID Tag
Toronto, Canada - GAO Tek Inc. (www.GAOTek.com) introduces a new 2.4GHz active beaconing RFID tag (GAO 127005). This tag is especially useful in asset locating and tracking and warehouse inventory management, and is also designed to be tamper proof and sounds an alarm if someone tries to dislodge it.
Once the active beaconing RFID tag receives a specific signal from a nearby RFID reader, the built-in LED will flash which allows users to visually locate the asset to which the beaconing tag is attached. A tiny automatic push in and pop up button on the bottom of the tag makes the tag tamper proof. The smart active tag provides long-range tracking of up to 30m (98feet).
