Taisei Lamick's Dangan III Liquid Packaging Machines Boast the Industry's Fastest Processing Speeds
Elk Grove Village, IL - Used in combination with any acceptable film type, Taisei Lamick's DANGAN III Liquid Packaging Machines fill pouches at exceptionally high and sustainable speeds, and with exceptional accuracy. When the DANGAN III is used in conjunction with Taisei Lamick's exclusive film, however, processing speeds are the fastest in the industry.
The DANGAN III continuously fills pouches without interrupting the liquid flow between each seal. As a result, finished pouches are completely full with virtually no excess air. Furthermore, Taisei Lamick pouches hold more liquid than any other pouch on the market. Changeover time between sauce packet types (of varying fill dimensions and weights), as well as between liquid types (i.e gravy to fruit sauce), is quick and easy.
Taisei Lamick offers four DANGAN III models to meet a range of requirements. The DANGAN III Standard Type features line speeds of 25 m/min and pouch capacity of 400 pouches/min. Taisei Lamick's DANGAN III 6 Split/3 Split Bar Type achieves exceptional speeds of 500 packs/min through the mounting of six end-sealing bars. The DANGAN III Double Pack 4-Side Seal Type features twin nozzles for twice the pouch production, or for packaging two different products side-by-side. Finally, the DANGAN III Large Capacity Type supports a range of capacities from 5ml to 500ml.
Although DANGAN III machines perform best in combination with Taisei Lamick films, these machines may also be used with a variety of films from other manufacturers. While speed is optimized with Taisei Lamick proprietary film, fast change over, low defect rates and a general increase in speed are achieved when using other films with the DANGAN III.
