New SOUNDCOMMANDER® SC1100 Ruggedized, All-Weather Tactical Loudspeaker Systems Pack Louder Volume, Longer Range and Greater Voice Clarity in Smaller Package

Marietta, GA -- IMLCORP is now shipping the new SoundCommander(R) SC1100 Series of long-range, lightweight portable and mounted loudspeaker systems for controlling crowds, evacuating people during an emergency management response or conducting public safety and military operations.

All SC1100 systems feature a new 120-Watt amplifier with increased range to drive speakers louder to over 1000 meters (2/3 mile). The new control panel increases field-ops flexibility with its locking microphone, auxiliary audio device inputs and dual-locking speaker outputs for two external loudspeakers.

"Our new SoundCommander SC1100 systems are the lightest, most powerful tactical portable loudspeaker systems with directed audio in their class, and they have the highest level of voice-clarity," said Stefan Pollack, CEO and founder of IMLCORP. "They are light enough to take anywhere they're needed, and they're powerful enough and clear enough to provide the warning tones and voice messaging you need to take control of the situation you need to handle."

The SC1100 series includes five models with multiple configurations:

•The SC1100CP Command Pack base unit includes a custom-built integral padded soft case that can be carried by hand, with a shoulder strap or as a backpack. All of its accessories fit inside its case. •The SC1100MC Mobile/Command system is the dual-use convertible model of the SC1100 series. It can be mounted inside vehicles or on a command desk, or as a fully portable unit. The MC system includes three external loudspeakers -- two for mounting on a vehicle and the third speaker that can be mounted on an equipment stand or directly to the base unit for portable operations. Users can also configure the system with the three speakers dismounted.

•The SC1100LS Land/Sea system is designed to be permanently mounted on any land vehicle, small boat, a command trailer, on a mobile surveillance tower or mounted in a fixed location. It can be operated from any AC or DC power source to maximize deployment options. The SC1100LS comes with two external loudspeakers with cables and is expandable to four speakers.

•The SC1100EP Expansion Package for the SC1100CP system includes a set of IMLCORP's expansion components and a hard transport/carry case with pull handle and wheels. Components include:
