Laser Devices, Inc. Announces the Third Generation Operative® OV-3 White Light LED with IR LED Illuminator



SHOT Show 2012 - Laser Devices, Inc. is please to announce the addition of the OV-3 white light LED with LED Illuminator to the OPERATIVE line of tactical lights.

The third generation OV-3 features a <200 lumen high intensity white light LED and the addition of a Class 1, Eye-Safe infrared LED illuminator. Variable lens adjustment from 7.5° to 15° combined with 450mW of infrared illumination provides an eye-safe means of illuminating distances up to 200 meters.

The mode selector switch located on the front of the light allows users to switch between high- and low-power visible or infrared functions. An 8 Hz strobe mode for the tactical light provides operators the split second they need to gain the upper hand in close quarter and low-light situations.

The OV-3 quickly mounts to any MIL-STD-1913 rail using our reversible, selfadjusting Quick Release HT Mount. The dual tailcap provides operators with a choice of push button or remote cable pressure pad switch activation with double tap feature - single tap enables momentary activation, double tap activates constant ON for 5 minutes or until the switch is pressed again.

Manufactured from rugged MIL-SPEC Type III hardcoat anodized aluminum, the OV-3 meets MIL-STD-810G for adverse environmental conditions and is waterproof to 20 meters. The OV-3 is supplied with a quick release mount, dual activation tailcap, 7" right angle remote cable pressure pad switch and two CR123A batteries. Manufactured in the U.S.A.
