T.S.R., Inc Introduces Nitronic's Mini-Strip

T.S.R, Inc., is very proud to introduce the highly innovative Mini-Strip - High Precision Stripping Tool from Nitronic. The Mini-Strip was specially developed for stripping thin cables. It features a four-blade system, which provides accurate and exactly repeated stripping of cables. The coating is removed by cutting with rotating blades and strip-off in one single step, depending on stripping length and cable, the wires are also twisted. This innovative procedure allows processing fiberoptic cables as well as coax and Teflon coated cables. The high precision avoids damage to wires or fibers.

Other additional features include:

Centering Unit

The new centering unit allows very high precision stripping for high-end applications such as Aerospace or Military. It is available as option for the Nitronic MiniStrip or as upgrade. The centering unit is infinitely adjustable and makes sure that the cable is centered to the cutting blades. This involves following advantages: 1. The user can not influence the stripping quality. 2. The stripping diameter can be adjusted very close to the conductor, dielectric or shield. In that way, also very thin insolations can be stripped 3. Wire damage is excluded.

Nitronic was founded in 1977. It originally developed and manufactured electronic instruments. Its core areas were medical technology, high voltage technology, and systems engineering Other stripping technology by Nitronics includes the ST215 and the ST730. Nitronic's innovative products along with T.S.R.'s knowledgeable sales force will continue to provide customers with a true partner for all their coaxial and triaxial cable processing needs. T.S.R. currently has offices in Eastport, Michigan and Southern California. T.S.R. has a network of reps in North America, and Mexico.
