Disposing of compressed air system condensate is a major environmental concern. The oil/water mixture is classified as a hazardous waste and cannot be discharged directly into sanitary drains, unless the oil is first separated from the water. Kaeser's new Aquamat condensate management system, with its four stage separation system, automatically and reliably separates oil from condensate. This virtually eliminates the need for expensive disposal by outside contractors.
Models are available in six sizes, featuring rugged construction and integrated manifold system. This manifold system allow several condensate lines to be attached to one Aquamat.
