SYSPRO Analytics and Reporting Now Automated and Paperless to Facilitate Productivity and Compliance


COSTA MESA, Calif. - September 18, 2007 - SYSPRO, a leading producer of enterprise software, has announced the addition of automated scheduling of analytics and reporting to SYSPRO Reporting Services, SYSPRO's next generation analytics and reporting tool that incorporates an embedded version of Crystal Reports XI. The new automated feature enables authorized operators to schedule reports to run at a specific date and time, such as month end, without further intervention. Operators can schedule reports to be run at a specific time at regular intervals, such as once a month, every day, every second day, and so on.

In addition, the automated report scheduling feature allows operators to pre-define run time prompts, enabling different versions of the same report to be produced automatically. These reports can be emailed directly to relevant parties, or they can be exported in various formats such as MS Excel or Word, HTML or Crystal or as a PDF document. Alternately, when a report is run, a copy can be retained on the SYSPRO server enabling authorized individuals to view the report at a more convenient time.

Another powerful feature of SYSPRO Reporting Services is the optional ability to archive reports as they are produced. This encourages a paperless environment and helps with audits, SOX and other compliancy regulations. The reproduced documents will be exactly the same as the original and cannot be altered.
