Sysmex America, Inc. Receives U.S. Department of Defense Accreditation for WAM(TM) Middleware Solution

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. - Sysmex America, Inc., announced that the company's WAM Middleware solution has received the U.S. Department of Defense 'Authority to Operate' under the Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP). The accreditation was officially issued by the U.S. Defense Health Agency on October 15, 2014 and is a requirement to work with the Department of Defense (DoD).

DIACAP is used by the DoD to ensure risk management is applied to information systems. The accreditation means that the DoD is assured that a system solution or device meets their security standards and requirements.
