Syndiant Showcases Multiple Wearable Near-Eye Optical Engines Based on Its All Digital LCOS Microdisplay Technology


Syndiant has teamed with several optical engines providers to create near-eye display modules that deliver high performance, in a small form factor, requiring low power, at very low cost



DALLAS — Syndiant, a leader in high resolution microdisplays, has teamed with world-class technology companies to develop complete projection light engines that will enable accelerated development of new products for the emerging wearable computing market. These engines will be demonstrated during the Consumer Electronics Show.



Syndiant will show multiple ultra-small monocular style near-eye engines from Shiny Optics and Oculon that give the user a truly see-through experience.  In addition, they will unveil an immersive binocular near-eye engine from Oculon, featuring the SYL2271 HD LCOS panel that is capable of showing both 2D and 3D content.
