Designed to meet the space and performance needs in low to moderate power telecommunication, industrial control and embedded systems applications, ASTRODYNE announces the MK-Series product line of high density enclosed switching power supplies that provide output power over the range of 40 to 300Watts. All models accept universal input from 85-265VAC and 16 models are available that provide single outputs from 5VDC to 24VDC. Utilizing high density SMT construction, the MK-Series offers dramatically reduced case sizes that are up to 30% smaller than products with similar output power and provides power densities of up to 6 Watts/cubic inch. All models in the MK-Series feature an integral power-good LED indicator, an output adjustment potentiometer and will operate over the ambient temperature range of -10 to +60°C without forced cooling or output power derating. All models contain overvoltage, short circuit protection, and integral input line filtering. Dimensions are as small as 4.5"L X 2.5"W X 1.5"H (40Watt versions) and all models feature screw terminal Input/Output connections.
