ASTRODYNE has introduced the GTMD Series of 8 to 50 Watt Medically and ITE Approved desktop style external switching power adapters. This series offers single outputs in voltages from 3.3 to 48VDC and accepts Universal Input of 90-264VAC. These external switching adapters are ideal for use in both Medical and ITE applications. The adapters provide Line/Load regulation of ±5% including cord and low Ripple/Noise of 1% (typical). Over voltage and over current circuit protection and typical efficiency of 80%. Output connection is made via a standard 2.1mm coaxial plug. The GTMD series also provides input-to-output isolation of 4000 VAC and have full (c)UL, VDE and TUV safety certifications and meet EN55022, 55011 and FCC Part 15/Level B EMI/RFI requirements.
