Acopian Launches 1U Rack & Benchtop Family of Programmable Power Supplies up to 720W
Easton, PA – Acopian launches 1U Rack and Benchtop family of programmable AC/DC power supplies and sets a new standard for flexible, reliable power supplies in OEM, Industrial and Laboratory applications. Now available at 720W power levels and with single output voltages ranging from 3.3V to 135V and current capabilities up to 70A.
These programmable switching power supplies provide high power density, low ripple and user-friendly interfaces. AC Universal Input of 95-265VAC, 50/60Hz with Active Power Factor Correction of 0.99 single phase. This assures operation in difficult AC environments and is designed to meet European EMC requirements. For applications requiring an additional support output, the 1U models can be configured with an optional fixed auxiliary output of between 3.3Vdc and 125Vdc, up to 180W.
A user-friendly front panel provides reliable linear controls for finer adjustment and optional digital LED Voltage and Current meters. Optional voltage and current monitor outputs can also be included. Pluggable connectors enable easy wiring of the control and input leads. Provisions for N+1 redundancy and paralleling for higher current is optional.
Active PFC, Universal Input, and Constant Current head a long list of standard features. Built-in OVP, and Constant Current Control provide further flexibility. Other standard features include, ‘soft start' operation, and "no load" operation. Short circuit and overload protection, Thermal protection, Internal EMI Filtering, RFI Shielding and Remote Sensing.
