In situations where behind-panel space is limited, the Series 71 product range offers a huge advantage. This compact unit has a behind-panel depth of just 44mm. This benefit has already proved ideal for emergency vehicle control panels, compact machinery panels, and on hand-held equipment - all space restrictive applications. Most of all, panel maintenance has been designed to be of the easiest. The mounted actuator and front panel can be detached and separated from the contacts and PCB as easy as unplugging a switch from an electrical outlet. Just by unscrewing an interlocking pin, the two sections are separated, thus removing the panel with the contacts still soldered in place.
The high quality Series 71 range offers an extensive range of customer options. It is flush mount (ideal for anti-vandal applications), oil and water-tight to IP65 standards, available with a wide range of colored lenses, and can be illuminated by either high-intensity LED's or incandescent lamps. For keylocks, 135 different key codes are available which provide high levels of security for use in access control applications.
