A compact, Emergency-stop box is among the new range of RoHS compliant polycarbonate enclosures introduced by EAO, the experts in Human Machine Interfaces.
Measuring just 65 x 65 x 57mm, the compact enclosure is designed to be used as an accessory for EAO's low-profile Series 84 illuminated 22.5mm Emergency-stop button. It is available in grey with a bright yellow top. A 16mm version also exists for EAO's Series 61 Emergency-stops as well.
There are a total of 11 new enclosures within the range, including options for mounting one, two, three, four or six 22.5mm switches. There is also a larger 94 x 94 x 81mm Emergency-stop box for applications requiring a more prominent button. These enclosures provide a minimum sealing of up to IP66 standards. Pricing for EAO's sealed enclosure line begins at under $12.00 per unit in small quantities. They are in stock and readily available.
In addition to Emergency-stop buttons, EAO offers a wide range of 22.5mm switches for use with these enclosures, including illuminated pushbuttons, indicators and pilot lights, and key-locks, rotary switches and multi-position lever/selector switches.
