TLT-66 IDC Series

Meter-Treater, Inc. of Lake Park Florida introduces the New TLT-66 IDC Series!

The TLT-66 IDC (Insulation Displacement Connection) Models provide Secondary (UL 497A) Transient Voltage Surge Suppression for Telephony line protocols. Units protect against Transient Voltages that exceed the nominal operating voltages of Dial-Up, T1/E1, DSL and Dedicated/Leased Lines. Each line is protected against surge current impulses up to 1kA/wire.

TLT 66 Block IDC Models incorporate replaceable protection modules. Each module protects a single pair (2 wires) and each module can be built for a specific telephony application. This flexibility allows for the modules to be mixed and matched as required for any given application. In the unlikely event of a circuit failure, individual wires/pairs can be bypassed with bridge clips.

The TLT installs in series with the telephone lines to be protected, diverting harmful transient energies to ground while maintaining close clamping thresholds above normal service voltages. Units are designed to operate in a wide temperature range and can be configured for all standard telephony applications by varying circuit components and/or densities.

This product has a 10-year limited warranty and is available from stock. Suggested Retail Pricing for the 12 pair is $369.00 and the 25 pair is $729.00. Replacement PCB Modules are available for $29.65.
