Introducing BETA's Miniature Low Profile MIL-STD-1553 SMT Transformer (Smallest Footprint Available)
Bohemia, New York, June 21, 2002 - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Beta Transformer Technology has developed a new 1553 pulse transformer product series called the MLP-2000 Series. The MLP-2000 Series is a surface mount package with an 0.185" maximum height, that provides a 70% reduction in board space compared to similar MIL-PRF-21038/27 QPL listed surface mount pulse transformers. This Series has an operating temperature of -55° to +105°C and is available in 5,12 and 15 volt turns-ratios. The MLP-2000 Series is fully compatible with all 1553 drivers, receivers, and transceivers.
