New DR349 Series SMD Inductor Features a Low Profile Surface Mount Design
Suitable for Reflow Soldering
ROMOLAND, CA - July 1, 2002 - The new DR349-1 Series SMD
Inductor from Datatronic features low seated profiles from 0.095 inches (2.4 mm) max to 0.198 inches (5.3 mm) max above the circuit board and operates over the temperature range of -20°C to +80°C.
The DR349-X Series SMD Inductors combine high-performance and
rugged dependability for high frequency filter applications. The series also offers an inductance range from 10µH to 220µH, a resistance of 0.13 ohms to 21 ohms maximum and a max rated current from 50 to 1800 mA.
Miniature in size and robust by design, the compact DR349-1 Series measures only 0.099 inches (2.5 mm) wide by 0.126 inches (3.2 mm) and stands just 0.087 inches (2.2 mm) high. The DR349-2 and DR349-3 measure 0.126 inches (3.2 mm) wide by 0.177 inches (4.5 mm) and stands 0.126 inches (3.2 mm) high. The DR 349-4 is 0.197 inches (5.0 mm) wide by 0.220 inches (5.6 mm) and stands 0.197 (5.0 mm) high. The DR349-1 Series is manufactured with
UL94V0 compliant materials.
The new DR349-1 SMD Inductors are compatible with high-speed
automated pick-and-place assembly and high-temperature soldering equipment. They are available in tube as well as tape-and-reel packaging. Custom designed transformers can be specified to meet unique circuit requirements.
