Loctite® Chipbonder® 3627 Formulated for High-Speed Printing Or Dispensing

Industry, Calif. - March 27, 2003.... Henkel Loctite has introduced new Loctite(R) Chipbonder(R) 3627, a surface mount adhesive uniquely formulated for either high-speed stencil printing or high-speed dispensing applications. The product may be dispensed at rates of 40,000+ DPH and is fully jettable.

The controlled rheology of Chipbonder 3627 provides excellent high-speed printing for use with fine pitch components. As this SMA does not require higher than normal print temperatures, it delivers longer on-stencil life. The adhesive also offers longer on-machine life, as it does not require a higher nozzle temperature control.

Convenient and user friendly, Chipbonder 3627 offers good stability at room temperature. When fully cured, this product provides excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 90°C to 100°C.
