Trend Micro Announces New Priority Advantage Support Service



24X7 Direct Telephone Access, Priority Handling and TrendLabs Virus Expertise Available to Mid-Sized Enterprises

CUPERTINO, Calif., Jan. 10 - Trend Micro, Inc. (NASDAQ:TMIC), a leader in network antivirus and Internet content security software and services, today announced a new support offering targeted at mid-sized enterprise customers, Priority Advantage. Building on the success of Trend Micro(TM) award-winning Premium and Priority Support Programs, Priority Advantage is an optional addition to standard software maintenance and includes 24X7 access to an elite team of Technical Account Managers who are Trend Micro product support experts.

With Priority Advantage, customers receive 24X7 direct telephone access to Technical Account Managers, as well as 24X7 online submission and tracking of service requests. Customer service requests receive priority handling when support is requested through these resources. Customers also get proactive notification of new virus discoveries, enabling them to take appropriate steps to protect their networks to ensure minimal business disruption. As part of the Priority Advantage offering, customers also receive access to Trend Micro's premium knowledgebase, a searchable database of the latest in-depth technical product information.

Premium Support Programs offer an even higher level of Support than Priority and Priority Advantage, including an assigned Technical Account Manager who serves as the single point of contact for all service requests.

There is no restriction on requests when they are submitted online, or for accessing support through the standard corporate support line.
