WOBURN, MA, U.S.A. - Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a company established internationally for supplying steam cleaners and components, is selling $2.50 brushes for its KleenJet® Supreme 3000CVP steam vac systems. The extra brushes are available in three bristle varieties and manufactured to rival brush products selling for up to $20.

Vacuum Steam Cleaners, Low Cost Brushes
According to Daimer® estimates, extra brushes can account for as much as 95% of commercial customer's post-purchase costs. Busy customers can go through upwards of 100 during a machine's lifetime. Purchasing 100 extra brushes from Daimer® for the 3000CVP would cost $250. Comparable purchases from some competing suppliers would approach $2000 or approximately eight times the cost.
As with other KleenJet® steam cleaners, the 3000CVP can employ brushes with assorted bristle styles. Steel bristles generate the most friction. Brass-based brushes produce less friction for use on more delicate surfaces. Nylon-based brushes produce the least amount friction for the most delicate cleaning jobs.
Daimer®'s 3000CVP Steam Cleaners
The 3000CVP steam vacuum systems feature Daimer®'s anti-microbial ATIS® germ-killing technology. The technology is incorporated into a non-rusting stainless steel boiler that carries a full-life warranty. The base of the unit is also stainless steel and machine's cover is made of a durable composite. A modular heating unit allows customers to have a lone component replaced in the event of a heating malfunction. Each of the steam cleaners is covered by 3-year parts warranties.
The machines include a commercial vacuum, full water and HEPA filtration units, and pressures levels approaching 96 psi and temperatures approaching 329ºF.
