Suncor Stainless Now Offers Individual Stainless Steel Shackle Components
Plymouth, MA – Suncor Stainless, Inc. has begun to offer their stainless steel shackle components individually. They now feature 5 different style components with over 40 sizes. This will allow their marine and industrial customers the opportunity to purchase only the part of the shackle they need or mix and match components to make the ideal shackle for their application.
Suncor manufactures a variety of shackle styles and sizes including straight "D", long "D", chain, twist and anchor shackles. Their current offerings also include pin styles of screw, captive, no-snag, bolt and round pins. "Sometimes our customers aren't looking for the complete shackle," says David Morgan, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Suncor Stainless. "Occasionally, they require only the body or the pin. We decided to start offering these select shackle components to satisfy our customers' ever-changing needs." Suncor now offers chain and anchor shackle bodies, as well as, shackle bolts and domestic and import screw pins. All these components are made from 316 stainless steel and load rated. Sizes range from 1/4" to 1-1/4" and working load limits reach 14,000 lbs.
