VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 16 -- Destiny Media and marketing partner Promo Only today officially launched the upgraded Promo Only MPE 3.0 for both Mac and PC users. The new version is faster and more user friendly and also enables customers to download and export complete video files through the system.
