New Subminiature Photoelectric Sensors Offer Simple One-Touch Setup
TWINSBURG, OH - Pepperl+Fuchs introduces the ML7 Series Subminiature Photoelectric Sensors. ML7 sensors provide reliable sensing in diffused, retro-reflective, and thru-beam sensing modes. Housed in a compact 31mm x 11mm x 23mm space-saving profile, they feature both side sensing and end sensing.
These sensors offer slotted mounting holes for increased adaptability and feature highly visible LED's for visual status indication and diagnostics. They have a single push button for rapid one-touch setup. Also standard is enhanced ambient light immunity and IP67 rated housings for wash down environments. Advanced cross talk immunity allows ML7 models to be mounted side-by-side without interference.
Diffused models sense targets up to 200mm (8in) away with no reflector or receiver required. Retro-reflective models are available for a sensing range up to 2.5m (8 ft). An optional polarization filter provides reliable detection of even the shiniest material. Thru-beam models operate at a sensing range up to 3.5m (11.5 ft).
