Portable, Submersible Drainage Pumps Offer Innovative Design And Highest Reliability For Demanding, Round-The-Clock Operation

Lebanon, NJ: Portable Pumpex submersible pumps, available in sizes from 1/2 HP to 100HP, meet the most demanding conditions for handling 24-hour a day, 7 days a week operation in dewatering applications.

The efficient, economical stainless steel casings impart the greatest durability and strength, with anti-corrosion protection. The Pumps convert easily between normal, high, and low head versions as operating conditions change.

Designed to be operational in virtually any position, even upside-down, Pumpex pumps are available in a wide variety of sizes and configurations.

Unique, extra durable, standardized power frames are featured with same-size mechanical seals on 1 1/2 HP to 15 HP pumps to speed maintenance procedures and minimize spare parts inventory.

A distinctive double outer casing, coupled with good heat convection, makes the Pumpex submersible pump able to run dry or in a snore condition.

Environmentally safe, food-grade, white oil fills the oil housings. Non-toxic coatings are used. A double mechanical shaft seal in white oil bath (silicon carbide on silicon carbide in the primary seal) keeps the pump running reliably even under the harshest of conditions. Adjustable wear parts, covered with nitrile rubber, keep tolerance tight to assure efficiency and reduce wear. Double angular contact ball bearings on the shaft provide vibration-free operation and long lifetime. A large strainer in-take minimizes the risk of clogging.

The user-friendly Pumpex pump features a safety-first, built-in contactor, single-phase capacitor, and built-in thermal protectors, with automatic restart function.

Optional electronic relay monitoring systems are available.
