New Height Adjustable Strut Pipe Supports
As an extension to the OlyFlow PipeGuard line, we have introduced a new Height Adjustable Strut Model PipeGuard. The Height Adjustable Strut Model PipeGuard is ideal for applications that require support of single or multiple pipes at varying heights.
Diverse and flexible, the Height Adjustable Strut Model PipeGuard can be used for a wide range of small roof-top pipe applications including gas and refrigeration lines, electrical and solar conduit, HVAC lines and others.
The system is compatible with PVC, copper, cast iron and most other pipe and conduit materials. The Height Adjustable Strut Model PipeGuard features a 10-inch long heavy duty EPDM rubber base and a galvanized strut channel that can be adjusted from 5- to 10-inches above the deck, with custom height options available. Each unit can support up to 160 lbs. and will support several pipes depending on the diameter.
As with other PipeGuard units, the Height Adjustable Strut Model has a wide base for maximum stability and is fast and easy to install. The base will not damage roofing materials and helps to dampen pipe movement from vibration. Besides the 1 5/8-inch galvanized strut channel which accommodates standard pipe clamps, each unit features galvanized threaded rod risers and stainless steel hardware for maximum longevity. Individual pipe clamps are sold separately at most hardware, plumbing and electrical supply centers.
OMG PipeGuard units will not deteriorate from water or sunlight exposure, and provide a safe and more economical alternative to traditional pressure treated wood block supports that rot, splinter and can damage roof covers.
