SetWORX 90 BPA Free, Non-Hazardous, Toughened Epoxy Adhesive
Epoxyset introduces an innovative structural epoxy adhesive, SetWORX 90. SetWORX 90 is a toughened, 2-part epoxy adhesive which exhibits a 90 minute work life and cures to create an ultra-high bond strength. This epoxy adhesive and sealant bonds to a wide array of substrates including most metals, glass, ceramics, wood, and many plastics. Unlike many other toughened epoxy adhesives on the market, SetWORX 90 was specially formulated to deliver extremely high performance while also being a Bishphenol A (BPA) free system as well as non-hazardous for shipping.
When tested side by side against toughened, 2-part epoxy adhesives, SetWORX 90 performed as well on all substrates tested and even outperformed the competition on several plastic and metal substrates. SetWORX 90 operates extremely well at elevated temperatures and maintains high bond strength.
SetWORX 90 is offered in easy to use dual cartridges which allow for operator to mix and dispense without worrying about weighing and mixing. Sizes available are 50mL, 200mL, and 400mL cartridges with a variety of static mixers available for use.
