Allentown, PA, May 8, 2004 -- Stanley Vidmar's new D-I-S(TM) System gives users the ultimate in storage flexibility, by letting them specify various combinations of drawers and shelves. Any of 15 different drawer heights can be combined with roll out shelves in any configuration. That means large items like helmets and small ones like screws can be stored in the same unit for quick access. And drawer units can be placed up high, down low, or in the middle of the shelving unit, depending on users' inventory, needs, and ergonomics.
While Stanley Vidmar's sales engineers will custom design a D-I-S(TM) System in any configuration, the company keeps four standard, three- and four-drawer modules in stock. They can be shipped within 48 hours.
Drawers and doors come in many sizes, with usable heights ranging from 2-13 inches, and can be sub-divided using Vidmar® drawer partitions and dividers. The drawers are interchangeable with those used in Stanley® Vidmar® cabinets. Each drawer will support up to 400 pounds, and glides on a ball-bearing carriage system that comes with a lifetime warranty against failure.
