The Raptor-Rak's 3" wide upright column pallet rack system can withstand the abuse of heavy volume forklift traffic and the associated abuse that may weaken the structure. The ultimate in high-strength, abuse resistant storage rack systems, Raptor-Rak is constructed from fully-welded tubular posts. Fully welded tubular beams connect via 3 or 4 stud end
connectors, with patented spring steel replaceable safety locks.
Designed to protect against rack abuse and have superior load carrying efficiency, the frame posts are available in 14 through 11 gauge, all are 50,000 psi steel, and seamless, continuously welded square-tubular construction. This design is 200% stronger in torsional flexural buckling strength, and much more impact resistant than channel competitors. Hot rolled steel make up the horizontal and diagonal angle bracing that's MIG-welded to the posts creating a superior truss structure. The Raptor-Rak storage system provides optimum capacity at the mid to high-end of structural load requirements.
Raptor-Rak uprights provide beam height adjustability on 2" centers for superior beam adjustment flexibility. Use of a tapered, non-jamming keyhole design draws the end connector tight to the frame, making this the most popular design in the industry. Options include standard duty and heavy duty frames, a variety of base plates, and post protectors.
