Strobe with 32 Sound Options
March 19, 2019 – “The STI Select-Alert mini controller is not only a highly effective way to protect important devices, but it can also help alert anyone of an urgent situation,” stated John F. Taylor, Executive VP of Safety Technology. “Offering 32 distinct tones, this multipurpose strobe and alarm has virtually limitless applications.”
The Select-Alert’s combination of alarm and super bright flashing LED offers excellent protection for an array of circumstances and allows the user to choose its function. Can be used as a cabinet alarm, door/exit alarm, flashing light linked with a push button/switch, tornado siren, burglar alarm or as an alert for many types of urgent situations. It does not restrict legitimate usage of a protected device.
This mini controller offers timing choices of 15, 30 or 60 seconds or continuous (as preset by user). If the unit is triggered, the ear piercing 85/100 dB siren and flashing LED draws attention in a hurry.
The device is powered by a 9 volt battery or external 12-30 volt DC supply and has a low battery indicator. It has one Form “C” dry relay contact output for alarm supervision and includes circuitry to notify of unauthorized tampering with alarm.
Select-Alert is available with an amber, green, blue, red or white lens, and is constructed of durable polycarbonate.
