Santa Clara, CA - February 2006 - Lin Engineering, the Step Motor Specialists, are living up to their reputation to be able to "Maximize Torque at Desired Speed". The company is proud to release the newest addition to their Nema 17 Super Torque series motors with the new 4118C.

The 4118C is a 1.8º, NEMA size 17 stepper motor that has a MAX body length of 2.34". The motor is capable of a holding torque of 127 oz-in. Unipolar and bipolar windings are available to allow for the torque and speed required to accommodate your application. The 4118C Super Torque Motor provides approximately two to three times more torque than a standard motor of similar design.

The size 17 Super Torque Step Motor is suggested in applications where size is a factor and load capacities are critical to precision system operation.
