Nicholas Announces New Sanitizer Thermodynamic Steam Trap
Nicholson Steam Trap of Walden, New York introduces the new Sanitizer NTD230L Sanitary Thermodynamic Steam Trap featuring all 316L stainless steel construction and internal/external surface finishes of 32 Ra or better. The Sanitizers' single moving part provides extended trap life and the low initial cost makes it much more economical than repairable traps.
The Sanitizer NTD230L features heat numbers permanently stamped into the body and Material Test Reports are available. The Sanitizer is self draining to resist freezing, puddling and bacteria growth and the audible discharge simplifies testing. One size fits both 1/2" and 3/4" sanitary clamps and is rated to 150 PSIG at 850°F.
