Stationary Pressure Washers to Support Remote Pressure Technology
Daimer® announces six stationary pressure washers featuring the company's Distributed Pressure Technology for use in applications requiring wet steam and a remotely located base unit.

WOBURN, MA, U.S.A. - Daimer Industries®, recognized for its distributed cleaning technologies, revealed specifications for a line of non-mobile, stationary pressure washers featuring a remote access technology known as DPT, or Distributed Pressure Technology.
DPT allows cleaning professionals to locate a high-temperature, fuel-burning base unit in a safe room and then run piping from the unit to a cleaning station up to 295 feet away. The technology lets users clean with steam without have a combustion unit in the same area, which satisfies safety requirements in environments involving food and beverage processing.
"These new stationary DPT pressure washers offer high temperature wet steam cleaning with a range of pressure levels and flow rates," notes Matthew Baratta, Daimer.com remote architecture spokesperson. "We incorporated DPT into a full line of 15000 series machines that support optional multi-gun operation and a variety of heating fuel options."
DPT in Six Stationary Pressure Washers
To use the technology, users run pipe from a safe equipment enclosure with ventilation to cleaning stations located around the company. DPT is designed for power washers that generate high-temperature wet steam, which is ideal for cleaning manufacturing equipment, conveyor belts, floors and more. The technology is designed to maintain virtually consistent pressure far from the base unit -- something standard machines can not offer.
Daimer® is planning to add DPT to six of its most popular stationary wet steam pressure washers including: the following Super Max(TM) models: 15200 (2 GPM, up to 1000 psi), 15400 (3 GPM, up to 700 psi), 15500 (4 GPM, up to 1000 psi), 15700 (5 GPM, up to 1500 psi), 15800 (4 GPM, up to 2000 psi) and 15900 (5 GPM, up to 3000 psi).
