Daimer Industries Announces Three High-End Electric-Powered, Tri-Mode Power Washers



New Super Max® 15000 units represent a new high-end for Daimer's line of stationary machines and offer steam, and hot and cold water options.

WOBURN, MA - March 29, 2009 - Daimer Industries, a leading manufacturer and distributor of commercial cleaning products, introduced three Super Max® power washers for commercial customers. The electric-powered Super Max® 15700, 15800 and 15900 accept a variety of heating fuels, provide multiple cleaning options and offer the highest pressure levels and flow rates in the Super Max® 15000 line.

"These new stationary tri-mode systems and are designed for the most demanding industrial applications," said Matthew Baratta, Daimer spokesman. "These electric powered machines are heated with fuel or propane, so they can be used indoors or out for the toughest cleaning jobs."

Power Washer Technology

The three new power washers include tri-mode technology that allows the equipment to clean with cold water, steam temperatures as high as 330º F, and hot water temperatures of 180º F to 210º F. The units are available with upstream or downstream chemical injection.

All three machines are electrically powered, but can be heated with a variety of fuels, including: no.1 or no. 2 heating oil; diesel; kerosene; natural gas; or propane.

The new 15000 power washers are stationary and include: a 25-foot, high-pressure steam hose; a three-foot trigger wand; four assorted nozzles; and a powder-coated steel, high gloss, chip/chemical resistant housing. Options available at additional cost include multi-gun operation and a wet sandblasting system.

The Products

The new power washers establish a new high-end in terms of pressure and flow rates for the Super Max® 15000 line. The 15700 power washer offers up to 1500 psi of pressure and a flow rate of up to 5 GPM. The Super Max® 15800 offers pressure levels of up to 2000 psi and a slightly lower flow rate of up to 4 GPM. TheSuper Max® 15900 offers up to 3000 psi of pressure and a flow rate of up to 5 GPM.

All units offer an electronic, direct-spark ignition system and have a nine-gallon fuel tank for heating oil, kerosene or diesel. Natural gas operation runs off a gas line and propane operation uses a customer-provided vapor withdrawal cylinder.
