The Model 4000 Static Bar
The Model 4000 Static bar has been added to static bar product line from Electrostatics, Inc.
The Model 4000 static bar is for static control applications that require a static bar capable of high performance on high speed webs and operate at a long distance from the material. The Model 4000 is very cost effective and suitable for applications up to the lower end of a more expensive Double DC static bar systems.
The features of the Model 4000 system:
o Shockless
o Uses the readily available 7KV or 7.5KV power supply
o Sealed construction for long life and easy cleaning.
o 3-20 times as effective at 1"-6" when compared to a standard and shockless static bar
o More effective at higher speeds than standard shockless and high output or hot bars.
o More cost effective than DC systems in some applications.
