ALBERT LEA, Minnesota (May 2004) - An aqueous parts washer with a 9-inch-wide flat wire belt that permits precision cleaning of large metal parts and large batches of smaller parts will be introduced by ALMCO, Inc., at the 2004 IMTS Show in Chicago.
Developed with worker productivity in mind, the Model PWRB9-36EU features a compact U-bend design that allows a single operator to load and unload parts from one location. Made entirely of stainless steel, the new washer has rinse and blow-off capabilities and is modular in design to permit adding wash or drying stages as required by the individual user.
The washer's wide belt carries individual parts or batches through the system from beginning to end.
