Stainless-Steel Luer-Lok® Style Needles for Precise Dispensing
Haverhill, MA - DL Technology, LLC(TM) announces EZ-FLO(TM) stainless steel Luer-Lok® style dispensing needles for more precise, repeatable depositions. The new needles capture all the design benefits of DL footed and non-footed micro-dispensing needles. They are precision machined from a single piece of solid stainless steel. The resulting internal surface and I.D. profile enhance material flow and consistency I.D tolerance is +/- 0.0002".
The needles accommodate surface mount epoxy, solder paste, solder mask, conductive epoxy, and a variety of other materials. The chamfered needle tips are finely ground in a conical direction to allow for better transfer of material from the needle tip to the dispensing surface.
The new Easy Release needles are available in 22-28 gauge in .25" length.
