The Force-Flo Aqueous Cleaner Mixer blends parts-cleaning chemicals with water automatically for uniform emulsion at any proportion. Plant water line operating pressure (25 lb. minimum) is all that is necessary to operate the units. The mixers can dispense in approximately 1/10th the time of manual mixing methods.
The mixers are simple to operate and have no moving parts. A fingertip control allows fine adjustment of mixing ratios. Three gals./min. and ten gals./min rated models are available. Units are available to accommodate 5 gallon pails, 15, 30 or 55 gallon drums, and 275 to 340 gallon totes. Mixing ratio ranges are from 3 to 1 through 100 to 1. Models are available in stainless steel, brass or nickel-plated.
