SYRACUSE, NY - At last, a hazardous-area floodlight complete with all stainless steel exterior, low temperature ratings, restricted breathing rating (vapor-tight design) as standard and all available in the new Champ® Voyager nR(TM) Stainless Steel Floodlight.
The new Champ Voyager nR stainless steel floodlight provides the best temperature ratings (coolest operation) in a luminaire for hazardous location areas in the industry. This allows the fixture to operate below the ignition temperature of vapors and gases in your classified area.
The Voyager nR is the only mogul base Class I, Division 2 and Zone 2 stainless steel floodlight that offers restricted breathing (vapor tight design) as standard construction. This restricted breathing rating is standard (AEx nR, Ex nR) for NEC/CEC Class I, Zone 2 and provides excellent T-3 and T-4 ratings without the need for additional accessories or installation site modifications.
The Champ Voyager nR floodlight boasts a wide, powerful floodlight beam delivering more light to critical areas of a process, waterway or pathway. You will be able to reduce the number of luminaires needed, while providing more light where you need it.
