Stainless Steel Cut-Off Wheels Feature Thin Profile for Fast Cutting
A new line of premium stainless steel cut-off wheels that feature a thin profile for fast, cool cutting and come in a variety of T1 and T27 sizes is being introduced by Rex-Cut Products, Inc. of Fall River, Massachusetts.
Rex-Cut® ALPHA-GREEN Stainless Steel Cut-Off Wheels are only .040" thick and feature a proprietary reinforced resinoid bonding system of 60 grit aluminum oxide abrasives. Providing faster and cooler cutting action with a smaller exit bur than thicker conventional wheels, they are suitable for cutting stainless steel pipe, tubing, rod, and sheet.
Available in Type 1 straight-sided and Type 27 depressed-center styles, Rex-Cut® ALPHA-GREEN Stainless Steel Cut-Off Wheels come in a variety of 3", 4", 4-½", 5", 6", and 7" sizes. These long-life cut-off wheels are also offered in a 46 grit .045" thick version.
