STEEL IT® Low VOC Stainless Steel Coatings consist of a barrier primer and 316L stainless steel finish that are highly durable and resistant to the corrosive effects of oils, solvents, detergents, and salt water. Featuring a metallic grey satin finish that will not chip, peel, or flake, they can be applied by brush, roller, and conventional and airless spray techniques.
Available in a choice of two gallon or two quart kits, STEEL IT® Low VOC Stainless Steel Coatings are free of lead and chromium salt-based pigmentations, with VOC levels substantially less than current regulated thresholds. Capable of withstanding a continuous 2,000 hr. salt spray test, these coatings are ideal for use on virtually all above water marine structures.
