Stackpole Expands the Resistance Value Range for the SM4527 Size SMD Wirewound
RALEIGH, NC – Stackpole Electronics, Inc. has expanded the resistance value range for its SM4527, the 2W surface mount molded wirewound. Resistance values were limited to 0.01 ohm to 0.05 ohms, but now, the robust SM45727 offers values up 1K ohms in tolerances of 1% and 5%. This expansion allows for this popular size to be used for a wider range of applications that require a 2W surface mount resistor with the robust electrical performance and excellent TCR that wirewound technology provides.
