Unique Square Shaped Threaded Inserts for Laser Leveling Equipment with a Swiss CNC Machine

Dejay produces these precision parts from stainless steel bar stock. The outside dimensions of the part are 16 mm (0.630 inch) square. There are two flanges spaced 0.065 inches apart to allow for mounting to the equipment. These parts have an internal 1/4-20 UNC thread to accept a male threaded part. The thread does not break through the part. The dimensions of the parts are held to ±0.005 inch. The final machined parts are tumble deburred for a uniform smooth finish without burrs and sharp edges. The parts shown in the enclosed photo are shown positioned next to a scale for size comparison.

Although Dejay manufactures these parts for a precision laser leveling device, precision Swiss screw machine parts like these find use in medical applications, appliances, consumer electronics, and many other industries.
