Materials available include stainless steel, plastic and aluminum anodized. Hubless spur gears range from 12 pitch to 120 pitch. This product offering can be custom designed to your specs for all OEM engineering applications as well as from stock for immediate on time delivery.
The variation in gear types and sizes allow the most precision of assemblies in the smallest of envelopes. W.M. Berg also manufactures Helical, Miter & Bevel, Worm, Internal, & Anti Backlash from 123 Diametral pitch (2 MOD) to 200 Diametral pitch (.2 MOD). These gears are offered in three different styles: Pin, Clamp and Hubless, and are manufactured from stainless steel, aluminum and plastic. They are stocked in a variety of bore sizes ranging from 1/8" (3mm) to ½" (12mm). All of our gears are manufactured to an AGMA 10 (DIN 7) quality level and we can produce AGMA 12 or 14 (DIN 5 & 3) on request.
