ASI Introduces High-Density Spring Clamp Terminal Blocks
Carlisle, PA - Automation Systems Interconnect, Inc. has announced the introduction of a new addition to the HMM line of din-rail mounted spring clamp terminal blocks. The HMM.1 is only 4.2mm wide and accepts the new low-cost easy to install PTC jumpers. The HMM.1 series allows for 6 terminal blocks to be mounted in one inch of panel space. Within this series, there are several types including single to single wire connection, single to two wires, two wires to two wires and also a double level and associated ground blocks. The unique jumper design provides for connecting adjoining blocks together or alternating terminal blocks. The HMM accepts the standard labels for marking and offers 3 different areas to label the block in order to make the labels more visible during wire termination. The wire range of the HMM.1 series is 24 to 14 AWG, current rating of 17.5 amps at 500 volts. The HMM.1 has all international approvals including cURus.
