Electro-Mech's Split Image Lens Assembly Offers NVIS Compatibility



SOUTH EL MONTE, Calif. -- Electro-Mech's new SW44752 split image switch assembly offers Night Vision Imaging System (NVIS) compatibility by incorporating NVG Green-B light filters into its Series 600 Quad Lamp/LED pushbutton switch series. This new product introduction expands Electro-Mech's offerings into its highest quality mil-aero switch product line.

Series 600 Quad Lamp/LED Pushbutton Switches and Lenses offers many versatile and appearance options, including:

o Various lens cap materials for the top overcap to allow legends visible at all times or hidden legend lenses,

o Various lens base materials to provide exacting front panel appearances,

o Various lens filter materials to allow colored filters and illumination options,

o SW44752 includes NVG Night Vision Green-B filters

o Various legend options to provide different font styles & sizes and custom graphics capabilities,

o Multiple sockets allowing four T-1-3/4 (5mm) MFB based Green LED's at 28vdc

Series 600 products have ratings of 2.0 Amps resistive, 0.5 Amp inductive at 30VDC or 115VAC. Other features include an operating pressure of 2 lbs. (± 1 lb.), plunger travel of approximately 0.187" nominal, and a rated life of 100,000 minimum actuations.
