LaGrange, GA - (September 15, 2003) - The Trublast® Spinner Hanger Wheelabrator® machine is designed to handle the cleaning and preparation of a wide variety of parts that cannot be adapted to a table or tumble type machine. Parts loaded onto the hanger arrangement rotate at 22 RPM during the blast cycle and are cleaned from multiple angles, resulting in cost effective, chemical free cleaning. The Trublast-Spinner Hanger supports a
maximum load weight of 500 pounds per hook and a maximum work envelope of 24" diameter by 24" high. After being thrown by the wheel, the abrasive media is returned via elevator belt assembly to the separator where it is cleaned and conditioned and then to the storage hopper for reuse.

Shipped completely assembled and pre-wired for easier installation, the Trublast Spinner Hanger features a compact design saving valuable floor space -- 11'-9" high, 6'6" wide and 8'-6" deep with an elevator of 7" x 17". The Trublast Spinner Hanger provides all the advantages of centrifugal blast cleaning in an efficient, reliable, cost-saving equipment package.
