Arrangement Enables Telcos to Provide Yowza!! POS and Yowza!! Offers Merchant Solutions to Businesses; Spindle Channel Partners Can Also Offer Clear2there Video Surveillance and Smart-Business Solutions to Merchants

POS point-of-sale and Yowza!! Offers mobile marketing solutions to Clear2there's national network of communications service providers. Through this arrangement, Clear2there's network of nearly 140 regional telephone companies and service providers can offer a comprehensive off-the-shelf POS solution that includes secure payment acceptance hardware and software, processing services, location-based mobile marketing, and data analytics to local businesses. In addition, Spindle channel partners can now provide Clear2there's advanced video surveillance and remote business monitoring and management applications to their merchants, giving businesses access to a suite of powerful cloud-based management tools.

According to Clark, a number of industry dynamics, such as the expected implementation of new EMV (Eurocard, Visa, MasterCard) security protocols, will mean that Clear2there channels will have an immediate need to assist merchants in complying with EMV mandates.
