Model 2080 rotational plastic welding system welds parts up to 6 in. in dia. Touch screen interface sets up weld time, weld distance, hold time, teach position, and deviation. System includes hydraulic speed control, photo optic start controls, and linear encoder to assure final welded position. Welder provides max force of 120 lb at 100 psi and operates at speeds to 20,000 rpm. Stroke length is 4 in. and head adjustment is 4-16 in.

The 2080 Spin Welding System is an economical rotational plastic welding system. This welder features our all new touch screen control interface for setting up the weld time, weld distance, hold time, teach position, and deviation. This system can be integrated with our line of accessories by attaching them to the standard connector that ships with all of our systems. This machine is very competitive in price with other machines of equal power currently on the market. This spin welder is effective in welding parts of up to 6" in diameter for most thermoplastics.
