Speedprint to Present During PCB Manufacturing Process Workshop

TAMPA, FL - Speedprint Technology announces its participation in the upcoming PCB Assembly Manufacturing Technology Workshop hosted by Kintner Equipment Corporation on April 21-23 in Endicott, NY.  Speedprint Technology is proud to be co-hosting what promises to be one of the most informative events in the northeast for manufacturing, process and quality engineers involved in printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) processes.

Speedprint application engineers will conduct equipment demonstrations for solder paste printing and dispensing on its newest flagship printer, the SP710 equipped with the Advanced Dispense Unit (Adu). Additional insight about equipment, emerging technologies and screen printing process solutions also will be discussed.

The workshop will benefit attendees by showing them how to identify and resolve process related issues, eliminate production bottlenecks and optimize production line yields to improve profitability.

Featured topics will include: automated optical inspection (AOI) and solder paste inspection (SPI), bottom-side selective soldering, topside robotic point-to-point soldering, high-speed and flexible SMT and odd-form placement, board level and BGA rework and repair, batch and in-line aqueous cleaning, conformal coating, precision dispensing of underfill, adhesives and solder paste, and on-site nitrogen gas generation.

About Speedprint Technology Ltd.

Speedprint Technology became a division of the Blakell Europlacer Group of companies in September 1998. Following the acquisition and re-establishment of Speedprint, the group formed a new engineering team, many of which had years of experience with locally based printer manufacturers including DEK and SMTech, to develop and enhance the company's portfolio of products. In keeping with the ethos of the Blakell Group's desire to offer flexible and innovative solutions to the market, Speedprint is committed to delivering affordable leading edge stencil printing technology. The realization of this ambition is clearly illustrated by the company's flagship avi range of fully automatic inline printers. Today, Speedprint operates from a hi-tech facility based in Poole, in southern United Kingdom.
